01
Open FastEdit
Go to fastedit.net. Runs in your browser with no installation or account.
02
Drop your WebP file
Drag and drop your WebP image onto the editor. The file is processed locally. Nothing is uploaded.
03
Select JPEG as the output format
Choose JPEG from the output format menu. JPEG is the most universally supported image format.
04
Set quality
Adjust the JPEG quality slider. 85-92 is ideal for photos. Visually indistinguishable from the source at a compact file size.
05
Export your JPG
Click Export to download. The JPG file works everywhere: email, social media, print services, any application.
Tips
- JPEG does not support transparency. If your WebP has a transparent background, it will be replaced with a solid color (typically white).
- For photos, JPG at quality 85-92 produces smaller files than PNG with no visible quality difference.
- If you need to preserve transparency, convert to PNG instead of JPG.
- Use batch mode to convert a folder of WebP images to JPG in one operation.
