Increase the DEFLATE compression level (slower encoding, same quality, smaller file), reduce color depth if the image doesn't need millions of colors, or strip unnecessary metadata. For photos, the biggest win is converting to WebP or AVIF lossy format. PNG is poorly suited for photographic content.
