Open Graph Image Sizes & Presets
Open Graph images control how your web pages appear when shared on social media. The standard OG image size is 1200x630 pixels, which works across Facebook, LinkedIn, and most platforms. FastEdit also includes a 1200x675 X/Twitter Card preset for 16:9 social previews. Getting these dimensions right means your content gets more clicks when shared.
Pick this preset, drop your file, and FastEdit starts from the Open Graph (OG) OG Image dimensions, format, and file-size target.

- Always include og:image meta tags: pages shared without them show a blank or auto-generated preview that gets fewer clicks.
- Design OG images with the title and branding burned into the image, since the text overlay varies by platform.
- Test your OG images with Facebook's Sharing Debugger, Twitter's Card Validator, and LinkedIn's Post Inspector to verify they display correctly.
- Use JPEG for photo-heavy OG images and PNG for graphics with text to keep file sizes reasonable while maintaining quality.
