Telegram stickers must be exactly 512 pixels on one side with the other side at 512 pixels or less, saved as PNG or WebP under 512 KB. Video stickers use WebM with VP9 encoding under 256 KB. Standard static sticker. One side must be exactly 512px, the other 512px or less. Transparent backgrounds are supported.

Maximum resolution for photos sent via Telegram. Images larger than 1280px on the longest side are automatically downscaled by the app.

- Telegram stickers need a transparent background: use WebP format to preserve the alpha channel.
- Video stickers and video emoji must be VP9 WebM files with no audio track and should loop seamlessly.
- Create sticker packs of at least 3 stickers before publishing through the @Stickers bot.
- Use bold outlines and high contrast in sticker art: they render at small sizes in chat.
