How to Add a Logo to Video

FastEdit lets you place a logo or image overlay on top of a video without sending the video to a server. Use it for creator branding, product demo labels, sponsor badges, private review marks, or lightweight watermarks that you control.

Walkthrough

  1. 01

    Open FastEdit

Go to fastedit.net. The editor opens in your browser with no account, install, or upload step.

  2. 02

    Drop your video

Drag and drop your MP4, MOV, WebM, GIF, APNG, or animated WebP source. FastEdit loads it locally on your device.

  3. 03

    Add an image overlay

Open the Overlay tool, switch the overlay type to Image, and choose your logo file. Transparent PNG logos work best.

  4. 04

    Position the logo

Drag the logo on the preview, resize it with the handles, and adjust opacity so it is visible without covering the content.

  5. 05

    Set logo timing

Use the overlay region on the timeline to keep the logo visible for the whole video or only during selected sections.

  6. 06

    Export the branded video

Choose MP4, WebM, GIF, WebP, or APNG output, preview the result, and export. The final file downloads locally.
